Lab Objectives

• Provide hands-on space for MCS undergraduate and graduate courses
• Provide state-of-the-arts facility for Intelligent Systems and Autonomous Robotics research focusing on Artificial Intelligence, Fuzzy Logic Control, Evolutionary Computing, Artificial Neural-Nets, Soft-Computing, and Pervasive Computing
• Promote robotics related events such as Robofest, World RoboFest, Robot Summer School, and Summer Oddyssey
• Provide learning environment for robotics classes for Schoolteachers
• Build, test, collect, and display Autonomous Robots for a possible Robotics Museum
• Improve visibility of LTU as a Technology Leader
