Are you annoyed by the pop-up messages that come from the "messenger service" over the LTU network (i.e., the stupid "Hey LTU - look at this message" type messages). Here is a way to disable that annoyance. (Note : as far as I know, the official LTU Network people never use that messenger service stuff .. so this shouldn't block you from anything important - if that changes, I'll post a notice here.)
There are two steps as outlined in the following images :
If you want to reverse this .. go back through the steps and choose ENABLE instead for the startup type.
